    • Move particulars: origin/destination addresses, inventory lists, value declarations.
    • Identity documents: PAN, Aadhaar, passport (for cross-border shipments as required by law).
    • Payment details: UPI IDs, masked card numbers, bank transfer references (processed via secure payment gateways; we never store full card data).
  2. Information We Collect Automatically
    • Device & log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, access dates/times.
    • Usage data: pages visited, referring URLs, interaction with forms and chat widgets.
    • Cookies & similar technologies (see § 9).
  3. Information from Third Parties
    • Verification agencies (KYC, credit-risk checks with your consent).
    • Insurance partners, customs brokers, and destination agents involved in your move.

3. Legal Basis & Legitimate Use

We process personal data only when at least one legal ground is met:

  • Contractual necessity – to provide quotations, perform packing, transport, storage, insurance, and customer support.
  • Legal obligation – to comply with tax, customs, insurance, and anti-money-laundering regulations.

4. How We Use Your Information

  • Prepare and manage quotations, bookings, invoices, and claims.
  • Arrange packing, transportation, storage, customs clearance, and insurance.
  • Provide customer support via phone, WhatsApp, chat, and e-mail.
  • Improve website performance, service quality, and security.
  • Send service updates, feedback surveys, and, with consent, promotional offers.

5. Sharing & Disclosure

We do not sell your data. We may share information only with:

  • Trusted subcontractors (truckers, packing crews, destination agents) strictly for fulfilling your move.
  • Insurance companies, surveyors, and claims adjusters.
  • Government authorities (customs, taxation, law enforcement) when legally required.
  • Payment processors and banks to complete transactions.
  • Professional advisers (auditors, legal counsel) under confidentiality obligations.

6. International Transfers

Where personal data is transferred outside India, we ensure equivalent protection using:

  • Contractual clauses aligned with the DPDPA 2023 and GDPR.
  • Transfers to jurisdictions recognised as adequate by competent authorities.

7. Data Retention

We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:

  • Operational files: 8 years (Companies Act & Income-tax compliance).
  • Insurance & claims: 6 years after settlement.
  • Marketing opt-in lists: until you withdraw consent or 3 years of inactivity, whichever is earlier.
  • Server logs & analytics: 26 months (Google Analytics default) unless we need longer for security investigations.

8. Data Security

We implement ISO 27001-aligned technical and organisational safeguards including:

  • 256-bit TLS encryption for data in transit;
  • Role-based access controls & MFA for staff portals;
  • Physical security at data centres and offices;
  • Quarterly vulnerability scans and annual penetration tests.
