Packing, export clearance, freight and delivery for a household move that starts in Singapore. Send your route and rough date, and get a written quote before anything is booked.
Yes. We move from India, the UAE and Singapore, and we move to 150+ countries. In Singapore, we work from our own office, with our own staff who survey and pack.
Your household is surveyed, quoted in writing, packed for export and cleared to leave. Then it is shipped, cleared again on arrival and delivered.
What changes from move to move is the paperwork. The Singapore side is in the checklist below. The other side depends on the country you are moving to.
How it works
Five stages: your enquiry, the survey and quote, packing, export, then delivery. Customs at each end sets dates too.
You tell us what is moving and where it is going. A reply comes back within 2 hours.
Our own staff in Singapore list your household room by room, so the volume behind the quote is measured, not guessed. Nothing is booked until you have the written quote.
The same staff pack your belongings, crating any piece that needs it, in materials made for a sea or air crossing.
The shipping documents are filed against the packing list and the inventory. The freight goes by sea, by air or both, and is booked once the volume is known.
A second customs authority applies its own rules to the same shipment. Once it releases the shipment, your household is delivered to your new address.
What it costs
Your household does. No price is published, because these six things change it.
Leaving Singapore
Three documents, to start with. The exact set depends on your move and what is shipping.

What is asked for can vary with your circumstances and with what is shipping. Treat this as a starting list, not the final word.
Raise anything unusual early. A document found missing late can hold the whole shipment.
Other services
A household move can come with a car, an office or a gap between homes. Each has its own page.

I moved from Singapore to India and collaboration between the movers in Singapore and India has been impressive. Regular updates and quick responses to queries and customer service has been really good. All my boxes are in good condition. A special mention about Venissa who was our assigned executive has guided me through the process and was in touch regularly till the boxes arrived at my home safely.

Common questions
There is no single figure for a move from Singapore, because the time depends on where you are going, whether your things travel by sea or by air, and how long customs takes at each end, so a number given for Singapore alone would not be true for your route.
Clearance at both ends can move the date, not only the sailing or the flight. Ask about the timing of your own route when you request a quote.
We move from India, the UAE and Singapore, and we move to 150+ countries, so a household leaving Singapore can go to any of those countries, with the paperwork at each end set by the two countries involved rather than by the mover.
Tell us the destination when you ask for a quote. The quote is written for that route.
That depends on how your move is arranged, so if you will be away on packing day, or plan to fly ahead of your shipment, say so when you first ask for a quote, and whether someone else can stand in for you and sign on your behalf is settled then.
Either one shapes the dates in the quote.
Every destination publishes its own list of prohibited and restricted goods, and Singapore applies its own export rules on top of that, so what you can't ship depends on where you are going, and the safest habit is to raise anything unusual when you first ask for a quote.
One restricted item can hold up a whole shipment.
Yes, your shipment travels with all-risk marine cover at declared replacement value, included as standard, which means the protection follows the replacement values declared for your things rather than a blanket figure, so it is worth deciding what each item would cost to replace before you declare it.
If you are unsure how to value something, ask before packing day.
